Returns & Refund Policy
- You can request to return purchased product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

| Correct Product | The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag. |
| Complete Product | If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present. |
| Unused Product | The purchased product wiill only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance. |
| Undamaged Product | Only the undamaged product Jogan without holes and tears will be eligible for return. |
| MRP tag | Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged. |

 5.You may return any item purchased from jogan naari that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt (Mail us within 48hrs of delivery for any damaged product upon receipt on order.jogannaari@gmail.com with pictures as proof and order details i.e – order no.)
6.Made to order, customised product, accessories, shoes, blouses, are not returnable
7. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
8. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
9. No refund of any amount will be provided If the customer sends the product using any courier service by themselvesÂ
10. To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks / blouses /shoes/accessories .
11. Please ensure that Jogan Naari product is handed over to the logistics partner as company will not be responsible in case wrong/different brand product is given and we will not be able to return the same.
